What is OBILand?

Well, first we need to talk about what an OBI is. An OBI is a paper strip running down the side of LPs and CDs that are pressed in Japan. Since we excel in carrying a large collection of rare and out-of print Japanese pressed Albums, most of which still carry the OBI authenticator, we chose the name Electric OBILand to reflect our large inventory of collectable music.

We have been a family owned business for the past 12 years, selling collectable records through various collectors magazines such as GoldMine(TM). We now have come to the Internet to provide you the largest inventory of collectable music available, and with a friendly 'can-do' attitude.

Please let us know how we can make your shopping experience better. Please read our FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) list, including our Glossary of Terms, which should answer any of your questions. We welcome your comments on our feedback page.

Thank you for visiting, and we hope you have a pleasant collecting experience!
